Terms of service
Last updated: October 12, 2025
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements made between PixieFlies (referred to as "the Seller") and any customer (referred to as "the Client") for products or services from our online store. Any conditions provided by the Client are not included unless we have agreed to them in writing.
1.2 A "consumer" is an individual acting for purposes that are primarily outside their business or profession. A "trader" is any person acting for purposes related to their business, profession, or craft.
2. Forming a Contract
2.1 Product listings on our website are for informational purposes and do not represent a binding offer from the Seller. The Client makes a binding offer by placing an order.
2.2 The Client can place an order using the online form on our website. After adding items to the cart and completing the checkout process, clicking the final order button constitutes a legally binding offer for the items in the cart.
A contract is established when the Seller accepts the Client's offer. If the Seller does not accept the offer within a reasonable time, the offer is considered rejected, and the Client is no longer bound by it.
2.3 Before submitting a final order, the Client can review and correct all entered information using standard keyboard and mouse functions.
2.4 The language of the contract is English.
2.5 Order communication and processing are typically handled via email. The Client is responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that emails from the Seller or our partners are not blocked by spam filters.
3. Right to Cancel
Consumers have the right to cancel their order. Details regarding this right can be found in the Return and Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices listed in product descriptions are final prices and include value-added tax. Any additional delivery or shipping fees are stated separately. Product prices are in British pounds (£).
4.2 We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
4.3 If payment in advance is required, it is due immediately upon the formation of the contract.
4.4 Payments made through PayPal are subject to PayPal's user agreement. This agreement can be viewed on their website.
4.5 In partnership with Klarna Bank AB, we offer payment options including invoice, installment plans, and instant transfers. Payments for these options are made directly to Klarna.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We deliver items to the address provided by the Client during the order process, unless a different arrangement is made.
5.2 If delivery is not possible, the shipping company will return the items to the Seller. The Client will be responsible for the cost of the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the Client is not at fault for the delivery failure or if the Seller did not provide sufficient notice before delivery.
5.3 The Seller reserves the right to deliver orders in separate parts. The Client will be notified of the delivery schedule. There will be no extra cost to the Client for partial deliveries made at our discretion. If the Client requests partial delivery, the Seller may charge additional delivery fees.
5.4 For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the items transfers to the Client when they take physical possession. For traders, this risk transfers upon delivery of the items to a qualified transport carrier.
5.5 The Seller may withdraw from the contract if a supplier fails to provide the goods correctly or on time. This is only applicable if the Seller is not responsible for the non-delivery and has made reasonable efforts to secure the goods from a supplier. In the case of non-availability, the Client will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded. Check the Shipping Policy page for more information.
6. Liability for Defects
6.1 The statutory consumer rights apply.
6.2 If a consumer chooses to exercise their right to reject a product in a short-term period, they are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 For consumers, all contractual relationships are governed by the law of the country where the consumer lives. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is not applicable. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the consumer's country of residence.
7.2 For traders, all contractual relationships are governed by the law of the country where the Seller's business is located. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is not applicable. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the Seller's business location.
8. Dispute Resolution
The Seller is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution.
