After your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and sent to the address you have provided.

Shipping Information

Delivery Locations: We currently ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1 to 3 business days. The daily cut-off for processing is 13:00 Central European Time (CET). i.e., when you place an order on Friday, the order will be ready for dispatch by Wednesday.

Estimated Delivery: Orders are delivered within 7 to 8 business days after they have been dispatched. Personalized products have the same processing and delivery time.

Shipping Fees: A flat shipping fee of £3.95 is applied to all orders.

Multiple Shipments: Orders with several items may be sent in separate packages. If you receive only part of your order, the remaining items should arrive soon after.

Receiving Your Order: When your package arrives, please check it for any damage. If you find any damage, ask the delivery carrier to document it. This will assist us in arranging a return or replacement if necessary.
