Return and Refund Policy for customers in the United Kingdom

Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after you, or a third party you have designated, physically receive the items.

To cancel, you must notify us of your decision with a clear statement. You can email us at support@pixieflies.co.uk. To meet the deadline, please send your cancellation request before the 14-day period ends. We will process your request and provide a return address within 1 to 2 business days.

How to Request a Return

  • Please contact our customer support (support@pixieflies.co.uk) to request a return.
  • Please provide your order number, the name of the ordered product, and the reason for return (optional).
  • Only products in good-as-new condition are eligible for returns.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items. There is no restocking fee.

Refund Policy

We will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless we explicitly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange an item for a different style and variant, subject to availability.

Only products in good condition are eligible for exchange, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of the return and work to resolve the issue.

Change of mind

If you changed your mind about any purchase from PixieFlies, you will need to return it in its original, unused condition and within 14 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24-48 hours of ordering. Please contact our customer support (support@pixieflies.co.uk) as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. If your order has been shipped, you can still return it using the return policy above.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
